Alliance of Independent Authors

I joined the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi) when it launched at the London Book Fair in April 2012 and now act as its Children’s Advisor.

If you are an existing or aspiring self-published author I would highly recommend that you join too.  The sense of community is wonderful and there’s a fantastic closed Facebook page where we all help each other out with informal queries on everything from marketing experiences, to ISBN choice to technical know-how and professional recommendations.

There are also regular newsletters and blogs, free manuals and advice guides – plus a services directory of vetted providers from formatting, to editing, to PR and more, who offer discounts to ALLi members.

You also get valuable discounts with Ingram Spark whereby there are no costs for set up and revisions.

ALLi is a serious, highly professional organisation that has quickly gained international recognition and will help you take your writing and self-publishing aspirations to the next level.

If you’re an indie author find out more by clicking on the image directly below.

Disclosure: I will receive a small referral fee if you sign up via this link — however this will not affect the cost of your membership. (And it certainly doesn’t influence my recommendation! )
